Curbside Pickup: customer will be emailed when order is ready to be picked up (typically within 24 hours) from our retail location at 431 Queen Street West, Toronto. All curbside pick ups will require the presentation of the credit card used for the purchase and an official piece of photo identification to verify the sale

- Our shipping partner UPS will handle the import of your purchase into the United States and all payments should be made to them. After your shipment crosses through customs, your UPS tracking link may indicate if there are any fees owing. You are able to pay online or when you receive your package, and will receive a receipt
- Please be aware that Due West is not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery, even if the purchase is returned to us
- Additionally, any products with fur may be inspected at customs which may cause a delay. We are legally required to declare the details of the shipment to the United States customs agency

Due West uses both UPS and Canada Post to ship orders and we reserve the right to select a shipping provider. All shipping provides a tracking number.
- Orders placed Sunday through Thursday are typically shipped next day
- Orders placed Friday or Saturday are typically shipped on the Monday following
- Note: statutory holidays will delay order processing. Processing delays and exceptions may apply
Due West holds the right to refuse shipping on any order
